Placing an Order

Is sending my credit card information to Willabee and Ward safe and secure?

            
Yes. Your credit card details are encrypted and we use the Secure Socket Layer
            (SSL) Protocol to ensure your information is safe and secure.  SSL is the standard 
            cryptographic system used to transmit private information on the internet.  We
            have an SSL certificate from Versign which is displayed on our website.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

            Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks of initial payment or backorder date 
            unless it was otherwise noted or you selected a faster shipping method.

Will I receive a confirming email once I place an order online?

            Yes. If you do not receive a confirming email, check your bulk or spam folders.

What if I just placed my order and need to change some information?

            Orders are not processed immediately.  Please wait 12 hours before calling 
            Customer Service to make any changes.

What if I cannot find a particular item I'm looking for?  Do you sell items other than those shown on your website?

          Most items are featured on our website.  If you can't find what you are looking for you

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
          Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks of initial payment or backorder date    
          unless it was otherwise noted or you selected a faster shipping method.

What shipping method will be used?
          We usually use U.S. Postal Service or UPS.  Express shipping is available for most
          items for an additional charge.

How can I get my product sooner?

Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns

What is your return policy?
            Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed.  If you are not delighted with your purchase you may return it for any reason within 45 days for replacement or full refund. Please call Customer Service prior to returning so we can make a notation on your account.


Billing and Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?
            
On our website we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as
             debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.  For mail-in orders we also accept checks
             or money orders.  Checks must be in US currency from a US bank and must have
             a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) located at the bottom of the check.

When will my credit card get charged?
                Your credit card will be charge upon shipment of your order.  If you are paying in
                installments your card will be charged in monthly intervals, beginning when your
                product is shipped.

Does it cost more to pay by the installment plan than if I pay all at once?
                   No.

Why do I pay for shipping and service on each installment?
                We take the total cost of shipping and service and divide it by the number of 
                installments so that each installment is the same amount.  The shipping
                and service charge is the same whether you pay in full or in installments.

Are there any additional charges incurred on foreign orders?
                There will be an additional shipping charge on top of the regular shipping
                and service fees.

For what states do you charge additional sales tax?
                We are required to charge sales tax on shipments to Connecticut, Tennessee 
                and New Jersey.

How can I modify an order I recently placed?
                
Call Customer Service to modify an order.  Please wait 12 hours after placing a
                phone or web order for it to be received and processed by our Customer Service  
                department. 

Can I purchase a gift certificate?
                
Gift certificates are currently not available.

                We are continually updating our product lines and you should frequently check
